Because our program involves significant administrative coordination, instructor scheduling, and the reservation of limited student spots, we adhere to a strict No Refund Policy on all tuition and related fees.

Tuition and Enrollment Fees

  No Refunds: All tuition payments, including deposits, registration fees, and installment payments, are non-refundable.

  Commitment: By enrolling in a course or certification program, you are committing to the full cost of the program regardless of attendance or completion status.

  Non-Transferable: Tuition and enrollment spots cannot be transferred to another individual.

Natural Hair Kits and Supplies

  No Returns: For health and safety reasons, student hair kits, mannequins, and styling tools cannot be returned or refunded once they have been issued or opened.

  Defective Items: If an item in your kit is found to be defective upon issuance, please notify an instructor within 24 hours for a direct replacement of the same item.

Attendance and Withdrawals

  Voluntary Withdrawal: If a student chooses to withdraw from the program before completion, any tuition paid to date will be forfeited and will not be refunded.

  Dismissal: In the event a student is dismissed from the academy for policy or behavioral violations, no refunds will be issued for any portion of the tuition or kit fees.

Rescheduling and Program Changes

  Academy Discretion: Gifted Hands Academy reserves the right to reschedule start dates or adjust course times; in such cases, students will be moved to the next available session.

  Credit Vouchers: Under extreme, documented extenuating circumstances, the Academy may, at its sole discretion, issue a credit voucher toward a future course in lieu of a refund.
