Terms & Conditions:
 
 Appointment Booking:
• Clients must schedule their appointment in advance. Walk-ins are not permitted for subscription services.
 
 Eligible Services:
• Specialty styles or additional services may incur an up charge or may not qualify. 
 
 Cancellation Policy:
• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of that month’s subscription appointment.
 
 Unused Appointments:
• Appointments do NOT roll over. You have 6 months  to use your 3 credits. The tax season promo includes 3 Credits. Example knotless braids and a wash is 2 services/credits or removal and knotless are 2 services/credits. EXAMPLE: Credits can be combined in one service to equal a wash, style, removal and new style! 
 
 Subscription Payments:
• ANNUAL payments of $299 are non-refundable.
 
 Client Responsibilities:
• Hair must be clean, detangled, and product-free before the appointment.
• Additional fees may apply for preparation services if required or if 2 credits are not available.
